Job Search Management (Career Launchpad & Career Vanguard)

Due to the time-intensive and personalized nature of our job search management services, all sales are final after the kickoff meeting has occurred. If you wish to cancel prior to your kickoff meeting, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days of your request. No refunds will be issued after the kickoff meeting has taken place. In the event Mile High Career is unable to fulfill the terms of the 1/30 or 3/60 Guarantee, we will continue the search at no additional cost until the guaranteed qualified interviews are secured.

Coaching & Advising Sessions

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable. Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

Job Search Essentials (Resume Revamp, Cover Letter, LinkedIn Optimization)

Due to the custom nature of these deliverables, all sales are final after the intake call has occurred. If you wish to cancel prior to your intake call, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days. One round of revisions is included with every deliverable.

Community Training

Cancellations made more than 30 days before a scheduled training event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable. Mile High Career reserves the right to reschedule training events due to unforeseen circumstances with advance notice provided to all parties.
