How long does the process take to get started?
Once you decide to purchase the Career Launchpad or Career Vanguard, you choose your start date, so the process begins when you're ready. You'll immediately receive a detailed onboarding document outlining a few simple prerequisites, like your current resume and LinkedIn profile, so nick can hit the ground running at your first meeting.
Do I still apply to jobs myself?
MHC will prepare your job applications to the very last detail. We'll walk you through each application via screenshare to confirm every detail is perfect before you hit submit. Our intention is for you to have the best chance possible to get an interview.
How many jobs will you be applying to?
MHC targets a 10% interview success rate. For Career Vanguard clients, we submit a minimum of 30 high-quality , targeted applications to qualified positions within your 60-day window.
How do you define a qualified position?
MHC defines a qualified position as one that you are qualified for (by meeting the minimum qualifications, no exceptions), in the industry we identified prior to purchase agreement, and is in line with your salary expectations.

Do you guarantee a job?
MHC is unable to guarantee a job. Due to the internal unknowns at organizations, and since we cannot be in the interview with you, we cannot guarantee you will get hired. However, we will ensure you are 100% confident and prepared to enter your interview. You will know you will be able to give it your best shot.
Can I use Mile High Career if I'm currently employed?
Absolutely! And being employed can actually work in your favor. Employers often view currently employed candidates more favorably, and starting your search before you need to means less pressure and more selectivity. MHC is flexible with scheduling and happy to meet outside of traditional office hours. While you're focused on your current role, we're identifying opportunities and preparing your application materials while you work.
