• Month 2 & Beyond: Active Coverage

  • Nick begins monthly market scans, recruiter outreach, and LinkedIn monitoring. You receive a monthly summary of market activity and any relevant opportunities identified. Your monthly strategy call keeps your search calibrated to your evolving goals and the Denver market.
